Stoptober 2020 Quit Smoking Start Vaping

Public Health England themselves acknowledge that people attempting to quit smoking for good find it easier to do so with vaping than it is either to go cold turkey or using a form of nicotine replacement therapy.

Even the Royal College of physicians acknowledged the impact that E-cigarettes and vaping have on people wanting to stop smoking or cut back on their nicotine intake.

So even the medical professionals themselves have said that there are benefits to vaping eliquids over smoking cigarettes.
